Beth found her way to yoga to recover from an injury and shortly thereafter yoga became more than just the physical (asana) practice. Attending her first Yoga Mala event was life changing for her leading her to complete her RYT 200 training at Prasada Yoga Center led by Michelle Plante. She passionately believes people of all abilities can benefit from yoga and is excited to share her vinyasa based practice with you. Beth continues to enhance her yoga training both for herself and her students.
Along her journey Beth was attuned as a Reiki Master. She is happy to share her Reiki training both in a Reiki session and incorporated into yoga classes.
